Terms of consultation

What I offer

Psychic, mediumship and tarot consultations, rituals and support for emotional and energy healing, at your home, in a place chosen together, by phone or on WhatsApp. My consultations take place in French. These services come under personal guidance and well-being: they replace neither a doctor (I treat no illness and make no diagnosis), nor a lawyer, nor a financial adviser. My commitment concerns the means: I do everything it takes to obtain results, without any specific result being guaranteed. These services are reserved for adults.

Before the consultation

We first talk about your situation and how you would like me to help you. I then explain how things will go. The price is given before any consultation. As every situation is different, it is set case by case, directly with me. Nothing starts without your agreement: if you do not wish to go ahead, you can decline, at no cost.

Payment

The terms of payment are agreed with you before the consultation, case by case.

Travel

I make home visits in the Nord, the Pas-de-Calais and beyond, at the address and time agreed together. The travel arrangements are included in the price given before the consultation.

Cancellation and postponement

As long as the consultation has not started, you can freely give it up. For an appointment set in advance, please let me know as soon as possible if you need to postpone it.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

For a consultation agreed at a distance (by phone or on WhatsApp) or at your home, you have in principle a withdrawal period of fourteen days. The consultation starts only after we have agreed on the price and on your express request, in writing (for example by text message or on WhatsApp), to carry it out without waiting for the end of this period. By making this request, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the consultation has been fully carried out (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). A consultation that has been carried out is not refunded.

Responsibility

My consultations are an aid to reflection. You remain free, and solely responsible, for your decisions.
