Who is responsible for your data?

What this site does not do

• It sets no measurement or advertising cookies (see “Cookies” below).
• It sells nothing and includes no outside service (fonts, videos, social networks): the fonts and images are hosted on the site itself.
• It does not record what you write in the form: the form sends nothing to a server. It simply prepares a WhatsApp message or an email that you decide to send yourself.
• The only thing it remembers, in your own browser, is the site language you chose: a preference shared with no one.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies: no audience measurement, no advertising, no social networks. That is why no banner asks for your consent. If measurement tools are ever added, they will only be switched on with your consent, asked for in a banner where refusing is as easy as accepting, and this section will describe them.

The information you share with me

When you contact me, I receive what you choose to tell me: your first name, your number or email address, your message, and what you share during the consultation. This may include very personal or sensitive information (private life, health, grief, beliefs). It is used only to answer your request and carry out the consultation, with your consent, and it is shared with no one.

How long is it kept?

I do not keep the content of our exchanges: once the consultation is over, I delete the messages and the information about you. Only possible accounting records (for example a proof of payment) may be kept for the period required by law.

The services you use to contact me

If you write to me on WhatsApp or by email, your messages go through these services, which process them under their own rules (WhatsApp belongs to Meta; my mailbox is hosted by Google). This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which may record technical connection data (such as the IP address) to keep the site secure and working properly. This data may be processed outside the European Union, notably in the United States.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you can ask me at any time for access to your information, its correction, its deletion, the restriction of its processing or its portability, and object to its processing, by contacting me as indicated above. If you consider that your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
